GSPR Information.

What is GPSR?
The EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a new version of the older General Product Safety Directive (GPSD).

It came into effect on December 13, 2024, and it sets clear rules to make sure all products made, sold, or imported into the EU are safe. This means stricter safety rules for all products and businesses, even for small creators like me.

Important Safety Info:

1. Use as Intended: Only use the product for the purpose it was made for. You can find this in the product description or on a note that comes with your order.

2. Age Warning: Keep products away from children under 3 years old, unless the product is clearly made for them. Adult supervision is always a good idea.

3. Check Before Use: Always look for any damage, loose parts, or defects before using the item. Don’t use it if it looks damaged.

4. Follow Instructions: Please follow any safety instructions written on the label or included with the product.

5. No Changes: Don’t change or customize the product. This could make it unsafe.

6. Use in the Right Conditions: Use the product in suitable conditions (for example, keep it away from water if it’s not waterproof, or don’t leave it in strong heat).

7. Throw Away Responsibly: When you're done with the product, throw it away safely following local rules. Also, recycle the packaging if possible.
